I loooove these ones :) They are absolutely adorable, and everyone loves to see them. If you break down the steps, it's really easy to do. Start with a base coat and wait for it to dry. Paint a pink line at the tips (it doesn't have to be neat because you end up covering it up). Wait for it to dry, then use a super small paintbrush to make the red lines. Use the top of a bobby pin to make the white frosting (just by making a bunch of dots) and the red cherry. Sprinkle with a toothpick, and it's done!
